The very rapid development of technology in the current era of globalization has provided many benefits in progress in various social aspects, one of which is the development of MSMEs which is increasingly rapidly in various regions in Indonesia. The development of MSMEs in the Deli Tua region currently seems slow. This is due to lagging behind in adopting information technology in their business. The system used by MSMEs still utilizes the traditional system, while at this time the era has become more sophisticated accompanied by the presence of modern technology. The development of MSMEs in the Deli Tua area currently seems slow. This is due to lagging behind in adopting information technology in their business. The system used by MSMEs still utilizes the traditional system, so it is necessary to create a web-based information system in promoting MSMEs. This research will create a website-based system to accommodate Deli Tua MSME actors to be able to develop, this research utilizes the extreme programming method which has stages of website development, this research produces a Deli Tua MSME product sales system and makes this application as an alternative media information service provider to facilitate customers get information and buy superior products offered. The purpose of this research is to produce a website-based system that can help Deli Tua MSMEs build new promotional media that can expand the reach of their business promotions through the internet and accelerate the growth of MSMEs in the Deliserdang area by providing website-based promotional media.
