There are many parameters to determine whether a motorcycle lubricant is still suitable for use or not. However, motorcycle users are generally only guided by the motorcycle's mileage (2000-3000) km or at the time of use (2-3) months they will change their motorcycle lubricant. This is recommended because it is more efficient and does not cost money to do testing. However, this is sometimes not implemented properly or and is not relevant. Therefore, it is necessary to do a test based on the kinematic viscosity where the condition for the feasibility of using the lubricant is that the kinematic viscosity should not be less than 50% of the viscosity of the new lubricant. And the total base number should not be less than 2 mgKOH/gr. In this final project, a kinematic viscosity test will be carried out as well as a Celsius degree test using variations of 0 Km, 1000 Km, 1500 km and 2000 km mileage. The test results show that the longer the distance traveled, the lubricating oil decreases its kinematic viscosity from 0 Km, namely 0.09206 cSt, down 0.04985 cSt at 1000 Km and 0.04435 cSt at 1500 Km and 0.02851 cSt at 2000 Km, but at a distance of 2000 Km of the lubricating oil has not reached less than 50% of the kinematic viscosity.
