Additives are a mixture that can increase the cetane value of pertaminadex fuel. The use of diesel motors is widely used as a driving machine, both for vehicles, heavy equipment and power plants. In diesel engines, pertaminadex fuel has a very important role. In addition, consumers really need motorized vehicles with optimal engine performance and fuel economy. This study aims to determine the composition of the additive mixture that produces the best fuel consumption in Mitsubishi 4N15 diesel engines. Diesel engine performance was observed by obtaining the consumption of used fuel, the test obtained the highest amount occurring in pure fuel, namely 300 ml, while fuel consumption experienced the highest decrease in the addition of 20 ml of additive, namely 220 ml.
