Indonesia is one of the largest coffee producers in the world. According to statistical data from the International Coffee Organization (ICO), Indonesia is the 4th largest coffee producing country in the world after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia with total production in 2016 reaching 639,305 tons. The current sales model still uses conventional sales methods, where this sales model is less efficient because when ordering coffee it often takes a long time for unstructured conversations and 1-2 customers have to explain the coffee they want. When the customer explains the details of the coffee he wants or needs, it is possible that the information conveyed by the customer is not conveyed, making it difficult for the seller to find coffee that suits his needs because the customer may not understand coffee. The purpose of this research is to find out and improve the current system used to make it even better and increase sales and be able to compete with other coffee products.
