This research was done in PT. Perkebunan Sumatera Utara, which was a company engaged in the oil palm sector. The purpose of the study was to determined the partial effected of organizational commitment on employee work productivity and also on organizational citizenship behavior, and the effected of work productivity on organizational citizenship behavior. The population was office and operational employees who worked in the company in 2021 as many as 135 people, sampling with census sample so that the number of samples were 135 respondents. The data source used primary data and data collection techniques, namely surveys. Data analysis techniques consist of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.
Based on the results of the study, it could showed that as partially stated that organizational commitment has significant effected on employee work productivity, organizational commitment has significant effected on organizational citizenship behavior and work productivity has significant effected on organizational citizenship behavior. Simultaneously showed that organizational commitment and employee productivity have positive and significant effected on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Perkebunan Sumatera Utara. The correlation between organizational commitment and employee work productivity has moderate correlation to organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Perkebunan Sumatera Utara. Meanwhile, organizational commitment and work productivity of employees able to explained organizational citizenship behavior amount of 31% and the others amount of 69% explained by variables not examined.
