The clinic is a place or facility that serves to help the community. Especially beauty clinics must be able to meet the needs and desires of customers because customers are the source of income of the clinic. One of the efforts to answer the needs that are expected to encourage clinics to serve customers better is to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM), this research will create a website-based system for beauty clinics by implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM). With a good implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), companies will be able to process and provide information according to customer needs can obtain information more quickly and easily, this research was built, with php and mysql programming languages as databases. The purpose of this study is to produce a website that implements Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in acquiring new customers and improving relationships with customers and retaining customers. To get ever-increasing profits from loyal customers, and increase competitiveness using a website-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
