The study of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on the Implementation of the Lau Simeme Dam Development Work, Deli Serdang Regency is highly prioritized by construction companies considering that if an accident occurs that can be detrimental to workers and construction companies in terms of cost and time. The study used quantitative descriptive methods. The sample is excavation workers totaling 15 people. SPSS version 22.00 program is used to facilitate data processing. Characteristics of respondents based on age, gender, last education and length of work. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test and descriptive analysis. The results of the answers to the questionnaires filled in by the respondents, K3 knowledge variables, attitudes, use of personal protective equipment, supervision, work accidents and work environment were categorized as valid and reliable. Supervision of work at the Lau Simeme dam construction in Deli Serdang Regency has been carried out well, but 66.7% or as many as 10 excavation workers felt that the supervision could disrupt their concentration while working. 46.7% or as many as 7 excavation workers did not know the OHS signs, thus endangering the safety of workers. The company should apply the knowledge of K3 and it is necessary to supervise the use of personal protective equipment because it is important for workers' personal safety to prevent and reduce accidents.
