The pile foundation has a strength whose carrying capacity is determined based on the resistance of the tip and the attachment of the pile with the ground, so for a layer of hard soil located far enough from the soil surface this foundation is very suitable for use. Therefore, to be able to fulfill this, a soil investigation is carried out in the field by carrying out a Cone Penetration Test (Sondering Test). The purpose of writing this thesis is to analyze the carrying capacity of single piles variations of diameter 25cm, 30cm, 35cm, 40cm, 45cm, 50cm, using the Meyerhoff method and analyze the carrying capacity of the 25cm diameter group pile permit using the Converse-Labarre method based on sondir data obtained from the Sucofindo Medan office building expansion construction project. Based on the results and discussion of the calculation analysis carried out by the author, the following conclusions were obtained, namely for the carrying capacity of the permit (Qi) on the foundation of a single pile from the S-1 sondir data with a depth of 5.80 meters using the Meyerhoff method, several obtained, namely for a 25 cm diameter pile of 39.39 tons, a diameter of 30 cm of 52.26 tons, a diameter of 35 cm of 67.18 tons, a diameter of 40 cm of 83.11 tons, a diameter of 45 cm of 100.87 tons, and a diameter of 50 cm of 120.73 tons. The carrying capacity of the permit (Qi) for a single pile foundation from sondir S-2 data with a depth of 10.80 meters using the Meyerhoff method obtained several, namely for a 25 cm diameter pole of 65.01 tons, a diameter of 30 cm of 84.69 tons, a diameter of 35 cm of 107.36 tons, a diameter of 40 cm of 132.13 tons, a diameter of 45 cm of 159.07 tons, and a diameter of 50 cm of 189.41 tons, then the results of the analysis of the calculation of the carrying capacity of the permit (Qi) for the foundation of the 25 cm diameter group pile from sondir data carried out by the author using the Converse - Labarre method were obtained by 125.41 tons and the efficiency of group poles using the Converse - Labarre method obtained an efficiency of 0.796 with the number of piles as many as 4 piles. Based on the results and discussion in this thesis, there are several suggestions that the author will convey, namely, the S-1 and S-2 point sondir data obtained a much different depth of hard soil (dense), so I suggest that further research be carried out using a boring machine, here also the author suggests comparing the results of the pole carrying capacity analysis with several other methods, The results of this study are far from perfect, so it is necessary to conduct further research for similar analysis and problems.
