Safety Management System and Occupational Health (SMK3) is part of whole management system which includes organizational structure, implementation, procedures, planning, responsibilities, processes and required resources for implementation, development, achievement, verification and maintenance. Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines to create safe, efficient and productive workplace. The purpose of this research is for know the picture application application of SMK3 in The process of working on the Amplas Medan Type-A Terminal project in the field transportation and the environment.
Method used in this research is a method scoring. Data from studies literature and distributing questionnaires. Deployment questionnaire be delivered to 14 respondents based on 12 indicators covered in SMK3. Each indicator scored between 1 until 4. Score the is which gives frequency (amount) and the score conclude the success of SMK3 in company (service provider) in the process of working on the project.
This research give success rate analysis results application SMK3 in the process of working on the project in field building facilities and environment. Then get a total application of SMK3 with an average of 86.03%. From the calculated values, it can be concluded that SMK3 is at a fairly good and effective level.
