ABSTRACT
Information technology is a tool that supports people's lives in various aspects of life, both in the fields of
health, politics, culture, sports, security and the economy. Technology is characterized by the existence of
various information systems. forms of applications, such as applications in the form of websites, desktop
computers, and mobile. Griya Mandiri housing which is located in an old deli has ± 200 houses that
already have occupants, Griya Mandiri housing has several collections of fees such as security fees and
garbage fees which are collected every month through the Griya Mandiri housing management officer. In
the implementation process, officers go to the homeowner to collect, and in the management of the Griya
Mandiri housing, they still use manuals such as still using books in reporting so that finding data takes a
relatively long time. For this reason, a modernization is needed in terms of progress in the management
of independent home housing management by using an application that can help various parties, both
management and residents of independent housing housing.
