In this study, an analysis of variations in foundation design was carried out in order to determine the appropriate foundation to be applied in the field. From the results of the calculation of the foundation pit with a diameter of 1 m and a depth of 3 m as an efficient design compared to other designs that have been reviewed previously for comparison. From the results of the calculation of the bearing capacity of the foundation against vertical loads, horizontal bearing capacity, and calculation of the reinforcement of the concrete ring of the well foundation and the reinforcement on the pile cap with the sondir test data and the loading data obtained from calculations using the Ms program. Excel. The results obtained from the value of this manual calculation, the authors find that the bearing capacity of the well foundation that meets the requirements is 1.37 tons/m². Which means the design of the well foundation is able to withstand the work load on the agricultural office building.
