Standardized Test Examination is an exam conducted by students to find out the level of ability thoroughly regarding the subject matter that has been studied by students from the initial semester to the end of the lecture which is one of the requirements for carrying out the thesis session. The implementation of standardized test examinations for final-level students before graduation by the Rector of Medan State University has been done not online. Where previously in the collection of diplomas on students who will be graduated at Medan State University only requires proof of journal work and payment of tuition. The solution to the above problem is to build an online standard test system based on HOTS using the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm as a problem scrambler in the system created to minimize fraud committed on students. Where in this standard test system consists of three types of tests (ict tests, learning innovation model tests, and statistical tests). With this system, it can be useful for the Academic Section of Medan State University to conduct a more accurate data collection of the test results that have been done by students before graduation by the rector of Medan State University. The results of this program show that with the advancement of science and technology, each job can be more efficient and effective. This online standard test system can provide solutions or solutions to existing problems.
