In the era of globalization, the industrial sector plays a very important role in human life. Product quality alone is determined by consumers so that consumer satisfaction can only be achieved by providing good quality, because PT Sinar Sanata Electronic Industry still has a lot of defective products, namely in the last 1 month there were 15763 defective products from 157632 total finished products. To solve this problem, the suitable method for controlling product quality and reducing the number of defective products and the number of defective products is to use the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method. After conducting observations on Quality Control, it was found that 8 sources of defects that often occur were the Sealing process with a number of defects of 2947 pcs, followed by a source of defects in the Base Stamp process of 2594 pcs, soldering as many as 2484 pcs, Stamp 1954 pcs, Installation of filaments as many as 1864 pcs, and Quality Control of 1563 pcs. To reduce defects, an SOP is made that will be used when checking products that function as new or reference when making production and check Quality Control on products, so that the quality of the checks produced is good and there are no defective items from checking when the Quality Control process is running. And the results of improvements with the new SOP are proven to reduce the proportion of total defective products from 10.00% to 7.01% of the total number of finished products.
