Honorary personnel aim to assist the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in carrying out the functions of local governments, one of which is in public services. Everyone's performance is influenced by different aspects, including: (1) Work Quality, (2) Accuracy, (3) Initiative, (4) Ability, (5) Communication, for which the Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process method will be used (Karlina and Muslihudin 2018) The Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) methodology was designed by creating uml, database and user interface design by placing a new information system into the system to be designed. The received information system is developed with the SDLC (System Development Life Cyle) model so that the received information system can be developed or engineered as needed. Ensuring the Fuzzy AHP system provides accurate calculations on the utilization of its algorithm. Fuzzy AHP is doing well and can be developed using more criteria and alternative selection in determining candidates for honorary personnel. The Fuzzy AHP method provides one criterion for prospective honorees and is more objective in providing alternative comparisons of criteria. So that the design of the Fuzzy AHP application can help the selection process for the admission of honorary personnel in the North Sumatra provincial government.
