| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance as proxied by independent commissioners, managerial ownership and institutional ownership on firm value with financial performance as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 21 companies with 5 years of observation so that the total sample was 105. The data analysis technique used was moderate regression analysis (MRA) using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially independent commissioners, managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no significant effect on firm value. Financial performance is able to moderate the relationship of independent commissioners to firm value, while financial performance cannot moderate managerial ownership and institutional ownership to firm value.
