Having a house as a place to live is an important thing. In this day and age, having a house as a place to live is a basic human need that must be met. The cost budget plan aims to implement the total cost of the work, find out the material needs, know the equipment and work to be done. Budget Planning for the construction of a simple type house in the Kab. This Langkat aims to examine the estimated price needed to build a house that has a standard type in the Kab. Langkat. The implementation of the research on the budget plan based on the unit price of the material obtained from the district government. Langkat. In preparing the cost budget, supporting data are needed including work drawing plans, unit price analysis, list of unit prices for materials and wages in the Kab. Langkat. The method that will be used is the 2017-2018 SNI Work Unit Price Analysis. From the results of the calculations that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the calculation using the 2017-2018 SNI Unit Price Analysis has a lower price than using the Cipta Karya Analysis. In this case, it shows that in planning the construction of a building, it is necessary to analyze the budget plan for the achievement of budget efficiency to be carried out.
