Project duration is the amount fo time required to complate all project work. This study aims to the duration of time required to work on each item of work in the planning of house construction. The benefits of this research can plan the construction of a house with an estimated time that has been planned. AHSP SNI in the field of work creation is usedas a study to calculate the time duration of each work item. There are several methods used in work scheduling, including the CPM (Critical Path method), PDM (Priority diagram method), PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Techniques), Network Planning, and the Curve S, but the method used in this planning is Network Planning and Curve s. From is calculation, the result of the duration needed to build a house with type 70 is 91 days (13 weeks). The conclusion obtained from this plan is that the completion time of each activity on the critical path is the same as the time required to complete all activities on the project.
