| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of accounting information systems and the use of accounting information technology on individual performance with integrity of employees as a moderator at the Office of the Directorate General Wealth of the Country Medan. The population in this study was all employees working at DJKN, amounting to 56 people. This research method was a quantitative and associative approach. The data collection technique was done by questionnaire. The analytical method used was moderated regression analysis (MRA) using an SPSS software. The results of this study indicated that the application of accounting information systems and the use of accounting information technology had a positive effect on individual performance. Employee integrity has a significant influence in moderating the influence of the application of accounting information systems and the use of accounting information technology on individual performance.
