dc.description.abstract At this time technology has an important role in the process of selecting workers, ranging from state-owned companies to private companies. The way that is done in the employee selection process is still using humans in the process of determining the passage of prospective employees who are vulnerable to non-technical factors that cause a company not smooth in achieving goals caused by the low quality of the employee. If the technology is selected and developed to be used appropriately and good, will provide enormous benefits for companies including the process of selecting labor or employees at the company believed to be easier and can help the performance of the human resources field. To solve this problem, a decision support system for labor selection is needed. The process of selecting workers is done by finding the best alternative based on the criteria that already exist then displaying the percentage of passing accuracy in the selection of the workforce. From the results of the study showed that the selection of labor can be implemented in a system created using web programming languages and MySQL as the database. Using data training 30 and the Naive Bayes method produces an accuracy of 80 % Key words : decision support system, labor, naïve bayes method.en_US
