Quality control is an activity that includes monitoring, inspection, checking and testing to control and ensure that the quality of materials, implementation methods, and work results are in accordance with established technical specifications.This study aims to understand the implementation of quality control management (QC) in the construction of houses type 70. The benefits of this research can determine quality management in the construction of houses. This work uses a study based on SNI (Indonesian National Standard). The planning stage of the quality of this research is based on SNI (Indonesian National Standard) and several reference books that are used as references in preparing quality management. The results of this study are to determine the quality of the house planning stage, the quality of processing and the quality of materials. The conclusion of this work is that quality control at the stage of implementing concrete work must be in accordance with good procedures, so that the quality of the concrete is guaranteed. The implementation of concrete work starting from mixing and dosing of aggregates, implementation of casting, final work, and quality control in the field must follow predetermined procedures so that the quality of concrete is guaranteed.
