dc.description.abstract This research was done in PT. PDAM Tirtanadi was engaged in the supply of drinking water for the needs of the community in the city of Medan. The purpose of this study to knew partially and simultaneously the gender work spirit in terms of job satisfaction, compensation, training and promotion. Research used correlational, with the population were employees who worked in PT. Tirtanadi PDAM in 2018 was 125 people. Sampling with Slovin formula so that the number of samples were 95 respondents. The data source used was primary data with data collection techniques, namely survey. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the study, it was showed that partially job satisfaction and promotion had significant effected toward gender work morale, while compensation and training did not significantly influenced gender morale. Simultaneously showed that job satisfaction, compensation, training and and promotion have significant effected toward gender work morale in PT. PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. Job satisfaction, compensation, training and and promotion have strong relationship toward the gender work spirit of employees. Adjusted R square coefficient (R2) of 0.598 indicated that gender morale could be explained by job satisfaction, compensation, training and promotion by 59.8% and the remaining 40.2% could be explained by other variables not examined.
