dc.description.abstract In this study the authors used an associative approach to determine the relationship of variable X (free) to variable Y (bound). The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis, which is testing and analyzing data by calculating the numbers and then drawing conclusions from the test with a product moment correlation test tool and multiple correlation but in practice the data processing of this research is not processed manually, but using SPSS 24 statistical software. Based on the results obtained t count = 5.328> t table 2.036 then H0 is rejectedand H1 is accepted for the role conflict variable. Thus, partially, the role conflict variable has a significant effect on employee work stress at PT. Tigaraksa Satria. Based on the results of the t-test = 7.017> ttable 2.036 obtained, H0 and H1 are accepted for the role ambiguity variable. Thus, partially, the role ambiguity variable has a significant effect on employee work stress at PT. Tigaraksa Satria. Based on Fcount (9,883)> Ftable 3,29 it can be concluded that simultaneous role conflict and role ambiguity have a significant effect on the work stress of the employees of PT. Tigaraksa Satria. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.831 (83.1%) means that 83.1% of the role conflict variable (X1) and role ambiguity (X2) can explain the work stress variable (Y) while the remaining 16.9% is explained by other variables in outside the researcher.
