dc.description.abstract | This research is based on the thinking of personality types, psychological contracts, organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction plays an important role in improving organizational citizenship behavior for company success. In improving organizational citizenship behavior, several strategies are needed by the company to achieve the vision and mission set by the company. Therefore this study aims to conduct a study of organizational citizenship behavior from personality types, psychological contracts, organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana Medan using a sample of 77 employees. The research approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The data collection technique is using a Likert scale. The results obtained and at the same time conclusions in this study include that personality types, psychological contracts, organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
