dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, workload and leader member exchange on organizational commitment at PT. Centrepark Citra Corpora Medan Branch both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study is the number of employees of PT. Centrepark Citra Corpora Medan Branch totaling 87 people and the sample used in this study were 87 people using saturated samples. The data analysis technique in this study is regression. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Workload does not affect organizational commitment. Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Together the training variables, workload and leader member exchange significantly influence organizational commitmenten_US
