dc.description.abstract Basically the hydraulic system is already widely known by the wider community. One that plays an important role in the hydraulic system is the hydraulic cylinder, from some existing data, the most common damage found in the hydraulic system is the hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic cylinders play an important role in simplifying and speeding up the work system of rice harvesters or cutters. Hydraulic cylinders are useful for raising buckets (reapers), reels (rollers). Hydraulic cylinders have a fairly large percentage of damage. Based on the background of the above problems, the formulation of the problem discussed is how to find out the Availability, Performance, and Rate Of Quality values with the Overal Equipment Effectivenes (OEE) method and minimize hydraulic cylinder damage using the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) method. hydraulic. The purpose of preparing this final report is to identify the effectiveness of the unit with the Overal Equipment Effectivenes (OEE) method and minimize damage using the TPM method, to find out the proposed problem in the hydraulic cylinder, to know the causes and damage to the hydraulic cylinder, maintenance is an activity to maintain or maintain a facility or a machine and make necessary repairs or replacements in order to produce maximum power and long-lasting machine life. From the results of the calculation of the availability value, the ratio of the operation time unit to the loading time for the March - June period is in accordance with the world standard of 90%. For the calculation of the percentage value of efficiency performance not according to world standards > 95% and for calculating the rate of quality value not in accordance with world standards > 99.9%, then from calculating the percentage value of Overal Equipment Effectiveness From the calculation of the percentage value of Overal Equipment Effectiveness it is not in accordance with the standard world > 85% . en_US
