dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted at PT. Tirta Investama Medan. The purpose of the research was to analyze the influence partially and simultaneously toward work experience, self-efficacy and compensation toward employee work performance. The study used associative, the research population was employees who worked at PT. Tirta Investama Medan in 2019 as many as 110 people and sampling by census samples so that the number of samples used was 110 respondents. Sources of data used primary data and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classic assumption test and hypothesis test and MRA test with interaction method. Based on the results of the study indicated that work experience, self-efficacy and compensation simultaneously have significant effected toward the employee work performance. While partially showed that self-efficacy and compensation have significant effected toward work performance, work experience did not significantly influenced employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama Medan. The adjusted R square coefficient (R2) of 0.789 showed that employee work performance was able to be explained by work experience, self-efficacy and compensation of 78.9% and the others 21.1% was explained by other variables outside the scope of the research that did not conducted | en_US |
