| dc.description.abstract | This research is based on thought that realize the goal of the organization or company because the company have employee with good performance. Therefore employee performance is one of the big problems for human resource management in the company. In this research, the researcher have opportunity to observe one of branch office PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Medan. The study aimed to determine influence human resource development on the employee performance with human morale as mediator of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Medan. This research was done at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Medan. Samples were taken as 171 respondents. The results showed that the hypotheses 1 and 2 are partially were accepted which is means human resource development are significant influence on human morale and human morale are significant influence on employee performance. On the other side, hypotheses 3 is partially were rejected which is means human resource development aren’t significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, hypotheses 4 is partially and simultaneously were accepted which is means human resource development are significant influence on employee performance with human morale as mediator | en_US |
