dc.description.abstract | From the initial research that the researchers did, one way to improve the ability and potential of employees is to continue to provide the right system of leadership style, increase the motivation of employees and communication that runs two ways between employees and leaders. Leadership style is one of the most important factors in implementation in the field, because without interference from the leadership, all work carried out will be complicated so that supervision from the leadership is needed so that the implementation is easier to solve. Likewise with motivation, where employees need to be motivated to be able to complete each workload given to him. Without high motivation from the leadership, each job becomes constrained and inefficient. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and communication on the work productivity of Malahayati Islamic Hospital Medan employees both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were people and samples taken using the Slovin technique became 75 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership style did not significantly influence employee work productivity, motivation significantly affected employee work productivity, communication did not significantly influence employee work productivity and simultaneously leadership, motivation and communication style variables had a significant effect on employee work productivity at Malahayati Islamic Hospital Medan | en_US |
