dc.description.abstract | The study was conducted at the Medan Garuda Plaza Hotel with the aim of finding out the effected of self efficacy, work environment, supervisor support and training design toward the effectiveness of training transfers. The study population was employees who worked at the Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan in March 2019 as many as 241 employees, sampling was carried out by simple random sampling so that the number of study samples was 71 respondents. Source of data used are primary data and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, classic assumptions, and the model feasibility test. Based on the results of the study showed that partially the work environment, Top management support, and training design did not have significant effected toward the effectiveness of the transfer of training, self efficacy has significant effected toward the effectiveness of training transfers at Garuda Plaza Medan Hotel. Simultaneously showed self-efficacy, work environment, superiors' support and training design together had positive and significant effected toward the effectiveness of training transfers at Garuda Plaza Medan Hotel. Self-efficacy, work environment, supervisor support and training design have strong relationship with the transfer of training found in Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. The adjusted R square (R2) coefficient value of 0.609 showed that the transfer of training could be explained by self-efficacy, work environment, supervisor support and training design by 60.90%, and the other 39.10% could be explained by other variables not examined .
