dc.description.abstract | Employees are important resources for the organization, because they have the talent, energy, and creativity that are needed by the organization to achieve its goals, because that is the need for quality human resources and have high loyalty, in order to increase company productivity. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Medan Regional Office.The research sample of 168 employees were selected by the saturated sample methodwhile data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SPSS AMOS 22 application. The results of this study indicate that there is no partially significant effect between the Physical Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction, and Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction.
