| dc.description.abstract | This research is based on human resources as a central factor in the management of a company. In achieving its objectives, a company requires human resources as a system manager because competent human resources with good performance can support business success. Therefore this study aims to describe the influence of the work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The theory used to analyze these problems is about the work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Bugak Brawang Excellent especially in human resources. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. Data analysis using path analysis. The results of the research obtained and at the same time become the conclusion of this study include that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Therefore, it is expected that the company to maintain consistency in the work environment and job satisfaction so that employee performance can run more effectively and efficiently.
