dc.description.abstract A company was founded to achieve profits, especially in generating profits. But in general the company does not only focus on generating profits but also increases the value of the company. This study aims to examine the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER), company size, and current ratio (CR) on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 73 companies and the sample of this study was 40 companies. This type of research is quantitative with causality approach. Data analysis techniques using the Path Analysis test. Based on the results of the study showed that DER had no significant effect on profitability. The size of the company has no significant effect on profitability. CR has a significant effect on profitability. DER has no effect on company value through profitability. The size of the company does not affect the value of the company through profitability. CR does not affect the value of the company through profitability.
