| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of communication and group cooperation partially on employee performance at the Medan City One Stop Investment and Service Office and to determine and analyze the effect of employee job satisfaction moderating the relationship between communication and group collaboration with employee performance at the Department of Public Works. Investment and One Stop Service in Medan City. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study was the number of employees of the Medan City Investment and One Stop Service Office, which amounted to 685 people and the sample used in this study was 87 people using the slovin method. Data analysis techniques in this study are regression and MRA. The results showed that communication had no significant effect on employee performance, while group collaboration had a significant effect on employee performance. Together, the variables of communication and group cooperation have a significant effect on employee performance. The ability of the communication and group cooperation variables to explain the dependent variable (employee performance) is 0.368 or equal to 36.8%, while the remaining 0.632 or equal to 63.2% is explained by variables not included in this research model.
