dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to determine whether employee self-efficacy and attachment affect employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Branch partially and to find out whether power distance moderates the effect of self-efficacy and employee engagement on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Branch. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study is the number of employees of PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Branch, amounting to 149 people and the sample used in this study is 149 people using population research techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study are regression and MRA. The results showed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement does not affect employee performance. Power distance strengthens the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Branch. Power distance strengthens the relationship between employee engagement and employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Branch.
