The tighter competition, especially in the industrial sector, companies are required to compete to be superiorcompanies. In general, all activities related to material flow, information flow, and financial flow along the supply chain are activities within the scope of SCM. The HOR approach aims to identify risks and design treatment strategies to reduce the probability of the occurrence of risk causes by providing preventive measures to the cause of risk risk. The cause of the risk risk or the cause of the risk is the causative factor that drives the onset of risk. The problem is in UD.
