dc.description.abstract | This research involves alumni in order to obtain information and input from the alumni of the Faculty of Business Economics because alumni are the product of higher education. The quality of alumni shows the quality of the higher education. To find out the quality of graduates is not enough just to look at the output, namely: abilities, skills and formal attitudes that is manifested in the Achievement Index (IP). However, a university must also look at how big the university graduates are able to take part in development in accordance with the relevance of their education, tracing study can be made. Tracer Study is a study that aims to obtain information on graduates who have worked or who have not worked. The samples of this study were 102 people. Data were collected using questionnaire. Data processed by quantitative, namely: editing, coding and data entry and data cleaning. This study concluded that the absorption of graduates showed that all respondents had worked, the waiting period of graduates stated 14% had worked before graduation, 70% from one to six months, 13% from seven to twelve months and 3% got a job after graduating one year. The type of work shows that graduates work in private companies in percentage of 74%, 14% in self-employed, and 12% in government agencies. Suitability in the field of work, 77% graduates stated very suitable, 19% graduates answered suitable and 4% graduates stated quite suitable. 25% of graduates income state earning IDR 1,000,000 - IDR 2,500,000, 71% state earning IDR 2,500,000 - IDR 5,000,000, 4% state earning IDR 5,000,001 - IDR 10,000,000, and for income below IDR 1,000,000 .000 and above Rp. 10,000,000 were no one answered. The competencies needed by graduates consist of integrity, leadership, marketing, English, and information technology competencies. Extracurricular needs are Student Executive Board (BEM) / Department Student Association (HMJ) and Student Activity Units (UKM). Stakeholder satisfaction of English language skills, information technology, leadership communication and teamwork are 50% good and 50% good enough.
