dc.description.abstract This research aimed to see the impact of the company size and profitability of the firm value by adding the use of moderating variables, namely capital structure. The sampling method used in study was purposive sampling method. Bangking sectors were the population of this research and sample consisted of 80 samples. The study period as much as 5 years in period 2013-2017. The data were analyzed using the Moderated Regression Analysis technique. After analyzing the data, it was found that company size and profitability had effected the firm value significantly. The capital structure was not able to moderate the relationship among company size and profitability of the firm value. The next researcher is expected to be able to increase the number of independent variables and to add more samples and longer years of observation in order to obtain more accurate results.
