dc.description.abstract Control and monitoring of street lights are done using an android application called Blynk. This application acts as a supporter in the system that will be created by utilizing an internet connection or a WiFi network. The source of electrical energy that will be used is a lithium-ion rechargeable battery. This battery can be recharged by utilizing heat energy from the sun using solar panels. This solar panel will absorb the sun's heat and convert it into electrical energy, then the electrical energy will be stored in a battery which will be used to turn on the lights.
