PT. Sumber Sawit Makmur is engaged in the management of palm oil or what is commonly referred to as the management of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) into CPO.The research was conducted on operational activitiesin companies with the type of operational risk. Identification of risk events and risk agents is carried out through interviews and observations in the factory environment using the HOR method, with the aim of obtaning appropriate strategies for risk control. The study foundy 27 risk events and 19 risk agents. In HOR 1, the serevity of risk events, occurence of risk agents, and the relationship between risk events and risk agents is measured; and generate the Aggregate Risk Potential value, where 11 risk agents are found which make up 80% of problems in operational activities based on the Pareto Diagram. HOR 2 relates to the determination of the handling strategy from the selected risk sources while the chosen strategy is the coordingation strategy.
