dc.description.abstract Salon Lely is a beauty shop located at Jl.AR.Hakim, Gg. Rahayu II No.1 B Medan. Lely Salon provides hair and beauty care services such as haircut, cream bath, smoothing, rebonding, hair toning, hair coloring, vise, curling, facial and other salon services. Problems often occur at Lely salons, there are often long queues when customers come to the location which results in having to queue first, customers also cannot make online orders without coming directly to the salon location. Departing from the problems above, the author tries to make a reservation information system application in order to improve service to customers. The purpose of this research is to provide customer service facilities in the form of orders that can be made online and from the research, the Lely salon ordering information system application can make it easier for customers to place orders. by online Keywords: Lely Salon, Information System, Online Ordering, Consumer en_US
