This study aims to determine Motivation and Financial Compensation directly on employee Work Morale with Work Conflict as a Moderation variable at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Sumbagut. This Research Design Moderated Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used as an analytical tool to find out how the influence between independent and dependent variables is moderated by the moderating variable. This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this research are PT employees. PLN (Persero) UIP Sumbagut with a sample of 135 employees.
The results of this study show that the variables Motivation and Financial Compensation have a significant influence on Work Morale. For the Work Conflict variable which acts as a moderating variable, in this study the Work Conflict variable was not able to significantly moderate the Motivation and Financial Compensation variables on Work Morale
