The advancement of Information technology has significantly impacted various aspects of Life, including time and Information management. One critical aspect is an effective and efficient notification management System, where timely and relevant notifications are essential for supporting activities across personal, business, and organizational contexts. In today's digital era, where Information flows continuously and individuals face numerous tasks and responsibilities, managing notifications has become increasingly important—not only to remind individuals of schedules and tasks but also to ensure that no important Information is missed. This research highlights the importance of a reliable and efficient notification System, particularly in electronic reservation platforms (E-Booking). Users often miss reservations because they do not receive timely notifications or due to inefficiencies in communication channels. These issues may arise from poorly integrated notification Systems or other technical challenges. To address these problems, this research proposes the use of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology as an approach to Design, develop, and implement a more reliable notification System that is responsive to User needs. By applying the SDLC method, this study aims to create an accurate and efficient Billiard table E-Booking notification Information System capable of sending timely notifications to customers and management. The SDLC process, which includes Planning, Analysis, Design, implementation, and Maintenance stages, is expected to ensure that the developed System meets the specific needs of Users and functions optimally
