| dc.description.abstract | There is a basic desire to carry out cost efficiency activities on the Sei Ular Irrigation Network Rehabilitation work, namely carrying out efficient job mix formulas on beam work. Efficiency activities were chosen because there is a job mix formula that is considered to exceed standards, and the number of jobs was chosen because the number is quite large. In this research the efficiency of the job mix formula was 5 % of the previous design plan. The method used in collecting this data was in the form of supporting data to assess the quality of concrete blocks. The data used is data obtained from beam planning data and the results of research conducted at Harapan University Medan. There was a change in concrete quality in material efficiency activities of 5 % where, field inspections obtained an average concrete quality of 14,94 MPa,whereas in the research obtained an average concrete quality of 14,72 Mpa with an average difference in concrete quality of 0,22 Mpa. The results of the research concrete quality inspection were still in accordance with the design plan, namely obtaining an average of 14,72 Mpa and met the requirements of SNI 7394 - 2008 for K-175 concrete, which is 14.5 Mpa. To get quality concrete results, it must be analyzed very carefully, and the author strongly recommends using better materials, more in-depth inspection and using the latest references. as well as collaboration with structural experts, especially bony structures, to get better research results.
