Clinic is a health service facility that organizes and provides basic and specialized medical services, organized by more than one type of health worker and led by a medical staff. Lots of health clinics are located in the city of Medan. Where data processing is still using a simple system. One of them is in terms of data management for inpatients and outpatients. As an effort, of course, you want to improve the quality and service to the community. So that health clinics can be well known by the community and develop more rapidly. For example, the making and processing of inpatient and outpatient data is still done by handwriting, still using a simple system, so it takes a long time compared to when the process is done with a computer. The solution to the problems mentioned above is by building an information system for inpatients and outpatients at health clinics. Where in this information system includes patient data collection, doctor data collection and patient medication. With this information system, it is hoped that later it can help solve problems in health clinics. The results of this program indicate that with advances in science and technology, each job can be more efficient and effective. This information system can provide solutions or solutions to existing problems. So it can be concluded that using this information system can make it easier for employees to collect data at health clinics.
