Analysis of Box Culvert Structure as an underpass to overcome conflicts in the Lawe Natam I Bridge replacement project. Underpass at the boundary of Gayo Lues jl. Blangkejeren-Kutacane, Southeast Aceh district, where this road plays an important role for economic growth between regions. The construction of this Box Culvert uses a single Box Culvert with a length of 12m, a width of 3.50 m, and a height of 4 m. The Box Culvert structure is used with a roof floor plate thickness of 350 mm, wall thickness of 350 mm, and a foundation plate thickness of 700 mm. The structural material used is for roof floor plate and wall plate using concrete quality fc' = 30 MPa, and the quality of steel used is fy = 420 MPa. In this thesis, for structural analysis using SAP 2000 software to get the calculation results of the ultimate moment to get the reinforcement used. Next, a stress, deflection, and stability analysis of the structure is carried out to ensure that the Box Culvert is able to safely withstand the received load. If required, design improvements and reinforcement of the structure will be carried out to meet the strength requirements. The security aspect is also a major concern in this analysis. Consideration of factors such as earthquakes, ground movement and dynamic loads will be evaluated to ensure the Box Culvert structure is resistant to possible risks. So that the planned Box Culvert is able to withstand working loads such as Static Earthquake loads, loads due to ground pressure and vehicle loads in the form of trucks that will pass through the Box Culvert.
