dc.description.abstract UPT PSMB (Quality Testing and Certification of Goods) Medan City is one of the Testing Bodies directly under the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province which has the task of carrying out test activities for calibration activities and developing industrial competence according to technical policies that have been set by UPT PSMB Medan city. The services of UPT PSMB Medan City have been using Microsoft Office in processing calibration test data and the public must be present directly to enter their documents, as a result, there is often a long data transmission between laboratory testing officers and officers in the field. To overcome these problems, in this research, a web-based calibration test service information system application will be built using the Laravel framework to facilitate calibration services. This application uses the RAD development method to design a web-based calibration test service information system application. The result of this research is a web-based Calibration Testing Service Information System that can make it easier for employees and customers to manage test service data and speed up seeing the results of certificates that have been completed in calibration.
