A wastewater treatment plant is a wastewater treatment system that is carried out centrally, which is a building that processes liquid waste that is used communally (used by a group of households). This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method, which is a method that measures the parameters of appropriate water use levels based on clean water demand standards (SNI 03-7065-2005 concerning Plumbing System Planning Procedures) and the results of the water use balance in the "Skyview Setiabudi Apartment" flats which last continuously for 24 hours with the potential for wastewater generated of 169,229 m³ / day. In the wastewater treatment process "Skyview Setiabudi Apartement" consists of Black water and Grey water. Black Water amounting to 20% of domestic water needs and will enter the septic tank and Grey water by 80% will enter the WWTP and will undergo a treatment process then the WWTP treatment results will be discharged into the Sei Selayang river which is a wastewater storage point. From the calculation of wastewater potential and treatment time that occurs while in the Wastewater Treatment Plant obtained, the design criteria that are in accordance with the potential of wastewater produced by "Apartment Skyview Setiabudi" are 169.3 m3 / day = 169.5 m3 / day with a total processing time of 42.5 hours.
