In project implementation, there are several important components that determine the success of a project, or are referred to as the initial project objectives. These components are costs and time. This research was conducted to determine and determine the evaluation of time and costs for the road asphalting project to the South Nias Regency general hospital in Hilianaa Village, Telukdalam District, using the method Earned Value. After evaluating the cost and time aspects using the method Earned Value in the 5th month of reporting data, the ACWP value was obtained at IDR 497,798,679, the BCWS value was IDR 497,798,679 and the BCWP value was IDR 497,798,679. Based on the value of the project scheduling performance index (SPI) in the 5th month of 1.00 and Value Schedule Varian (SV) is 0, which indicates the project was completed according to the budget plan. Meanwhile, the index value (CPI) in the 5th month was 1.00 and Cost Variant (CV) of 0, at a cost of Rp. 497,798,679 which shows the costs incurred in accordance with the planned cost budget. | en_US |
