dc.description.abstract Mango is a fruit that is widely consumed and liked, especially the Indonesian people. Mangos themselves already have the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) which makes mango productivity more optimal. Mangos already have an SNI formulation for mangos consisting of four types of mango quality, namely, class A quality, class B quality, Super quality class and poor quality. The quality level determines the feasibility of mango fruit. The sample used in this study is a sweet fragrant type mango. The sample of this study is 40 mangos that were identified according to SNI standards and tabulated data. There are four mango quality divisions, namely super quality, class A quality, class B quality, and poor quality. This research aims to create a data mining system by classifying the quality of mangos. Once the data is available, entropy and gain calculations are made to obtain the decision tree in the C4.5 algorithm. Obtained a system that can determine the quality of mangos based on SNI.
