Concrete is one of the most widely used construction materials in modern building structures. Concrete is obtained by mixing portland cement, water, sand, gravel, and for certain conditions you can use admixtures in the form of chemicals, fibers, non-chemicals in certain ratios. This study aims to determine the effect of adding iron powder waste to fine aggregate and SikaCim Concrete Additive on concrete and to determine the optimum concrete compressive strength after adding iron powder and SikaCim Concrete Additive waste as an additive to concrete. Making concrete using iron powder is expected to be able to utilize iron powder waste that is no longer used. And by using SikaCim concrete additive in concrete can produce high quality concrete compressive strength, it can be confirmed that the research results show that there is a fairly good effect at 15% with 24 MPa, 33.2 MPa with an average fc' 19.492 and for 28 days, namely 37.5 MPa, 38.5 MPa with an average fc' of 25.89 MPa. And for the addition of 15% iron powder and SikaCim Concrete Additive in accordance with the predetermined levels, the results showed better results, namely at the age of 7 days 27 MPa and 29.5 MPa with an average fc of 19.260. For the age of 28 days 49.5 and 40.5 with an average fc' of 30.67 MPa
